Welcome to the Picnic in the Park - Stoke Park Junior School Online Booking System
Picnic in the Park - Stoke Park Junior School will be held on Saturday 14th September as part of the Murray Parish Trust's Ginormous Teddy Bears Picnic.
The picnics are £2.50 per attendees including an exclusive badge and slider and £1 to the Murray Parish trust to support their aims. This needs to be paid in full by 28/08/2019. You will be sent a separate link to select slider colours.

Venue: Stoke Park Junior School, Underwood Rd, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh SO50 6GR
10:00 Leaders can arrive
10:30 Beavers can arrive
14:30 Beavers should have departed by now
15:00 Site closed
PARENT PARKING / DROP OFF
On arrival the first car park will be used for drop off. Parents can park and Beavers will cross the road to an enclosed area to be met by a leader or sent round to the grassy area. Parents aren’t to take them around to ensure that the drop off area is kept moving.
Leaders and helpers staying for the day will park on the playground and must display their parking number (TBC). Please aim to arrive before 10:30 to ensure there aren’t too many cars driving past the drop off area.
Activities will start with an opening at 11:00. The activities will then all be drop in and play rather than having too much formal structure.
The adventure trail will be one way to aid with safety. The play structure is a free for all.
There will be various play items such as parachutes to play with. Please respect this equipment as it doesn’t belong to us. Feel free to bring your own items to play with and gazebos etc...
The county team will have a base at the outdoor classroom. Any lost / upset children can come here as it will be a quieter place. There will not be an assigned first aider but there will be a first aid kit available (it is worth bringing your own too).
In the event of poor weather a decision on whether to run the event will be made by 07:30 and sent out by email and text message to the contact listed in the booking. We have access to an indoor area in the event of a sudden change of weather but if the weather is poor we will not go ahead.
Beavers should dress appropriately for the weather, ideally uniform or group polo shirt (or similar) with necker. The site is well contained but it is worth reminding Beavers which group they are with to enable easier reuniting if one does get separated. Leaders and helpers should also wear group neckers to help find members of the same group. (144)
